Dan Dolan, a Miami native, draws on his past experience of representing doctors, hospitals and corporations to advocate on behalf of seriously injured people in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and medical negligence/pharmacy errors cases.

Mr. Dolan began his career in medical malpractice and insurance defense. After half a decade on that side of the litigation table, he joined a premier Miami personal injury firm, using his defense attorney insights to secure compensation for plaintiffs in the same type of cases. He left that firm in 2005 to open his own practice, enabling Mr. Dolan to establish the one-on-one relationships that give comfort and confidence to clients in the direst need of quality representation. Rather than handling a high volume of cases, Mr. Dolan has found he is best able to provide the best representation to a smaller number of cases. Quality, rather than quantity, is the goal.

Since 2001, Mr. Dolan has recovered over $45 million on behalf of his clients and their families, including numerous settlements and verdicts exceeding $1 million.

In 2006, he was elected Executive Secretary of the Miami Dade Justice Association, formerly the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association; the largest county based trial lawyer organization in Florida, and is currently the organization's President-Elect. An Eagle member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, he was selected to serve as chairman of the Dade County Legislative Recruitment Task Force and in 2004, was awarded the Academy’s Bronze Eagle Award.

Since 2002, Mr. Dolan has been recognized by the South Florida Legal Guide as one of the region’s leading trial lawyers. Mr. Dolan is actively involved with his law school alma mater, St. Thomas University, where he lectures on trial advocacy and serves on the law school board of advisors.

Mr. Dolan lives in Pinecrest with his wife and daughter.
